usbadvance cant find my lacie porche 350gb

When starting up usbadvace it sess.. "insert a usb device"
i have formated it with ul_format.exe.

does anybody know whats wrong?
is the usbadvance compatible with larger disk from the start or do i have to patch it?

The drive probably doesnt follow the standard usb mass protocol.

I got same HDD and it's not working :(. Got also maxtor 200G usb hdd and it works, so i think that Lacie only suckalot :)
