after burner .... this one came with my cd stomper..

Personally i use CoverXP (if you want it just use google - easy to find). Kinda universal program IMO - it have a lot of options for cover types (dvd, audio, inserts, minidiscs, even vhs and zip drives) and it's small and comfortable to use.
