Slight Problem & Please tell me if I am correct in the solution?

Ok, I'm fairly new to this sort of stuff and recently purchused the AR Max Evo Edition, and it came with the Flash Mem Card called Max Drive, and I read up on how to make PSMS work and I did actually get it to boot on my unmodded PS2 but then a message came up saying it couldn't find the Files.txt, so the way I set up the Max Drive was I put the boot.elf, psms.elf & filesinfo.txt on the root of the Max Drive and then thanks to that nice little prog called "SimplePEFU" it made a Files.txt for the only rom I had and it created a rom called 0.sms and stuck the rom file in a folder called ROMS0, so I transfered the folder directly to the Max Drive and then put the Files.txt on the root of the Max Drive, so Im assuming one of two things I did wrong

1) either I'm suppose to put the Files.txt into the ROMS0 folder on the Max Drive

or

2) Im suppose to move the 0.sms rom that SimplePEFU made along with the Files.txt to the root of the Max Drive

So which one would be right?
