First, you don't even mention what mod-chip you have, which makes me wonder if you have any. Please understand that a non-mod PS2 does not normally accept CD-R discs.
Second, I've burned a CD-R with a copy of USBadvance, skinned by USBAStrip.exe (using some very nice images from Final Fantasy X). This CD-R boots just fine on my PS2 (thanks to the 'Matrix Infinity' Mod-chip).

PS: If 'BOOT.ELF 3.33' is really LaunchELF, then please be aware that there have been several updates since v3.33. (Current is v3.41) But that should have NO effect on your problem booting the USBadvance CD-R, so don't feel forced to update because of that.

Sorry for late reply.
I used apple pro 3 (mod chip)for 3000series.
I used messiah 4-2(mod chip) for 5006.
I didn't use boot.elf 3.41.
Because my usb cable cannot browse with 3.41.
My usb cable can browse with 3.33.
Pls, continue advice me.

Ok, so then you should be able to load the program from CD-R, just like I can (using Matrix Infinity). But there could be something wrong with the ISO you made for burning the CD-R. I always use cdgenPS2 for this, and store a dummy file first to place SYSTEM.CNF and the ELF in good positions on the disk. My favourite dummy size is 25,001,984 bytes, because that places the next file (SYSTEM.CNF) in the supposedly ideal position at LBA 12231. A dummy file like that packs very well, so I'm attaching it to this post.

That's odd. I'd expect the latest version to support the same drives as the old, plus some more... Still if that's what you see, then that's what you have to work with. v3.33 is still pretty good comparted to other browsers, so I too would use that if the newer version didn't work with my stuff (which it fortunately does).
Anyway, if you can browse and run ELFs on the USB drive, then why not forget about the USBAdvance CD-R and simply run USBADVN.ELF directly from mass:, using LaunchELF. This works fine for me.

I used very big dummy file round about 400MB.
I used nero with mode2.
I think bigger dummy file is good for boot.
Is it true?
Or Is it the best? (dummy size is 25,001,984 bytes).
Sometime cmd usb format will occur cannot format.
the partition will be fat16 when it occur. (I used Pqmagic 8).
But I deleted partition & creat new partition, it will OK for format.
Do you know Why?
In 5006 (not only for one machine).
I cannot load Games.
Is it because of mod chip?
Do i need to change mod chip?
Thanks for advice.
