Copied movies appear in Black & white...Infinity...?

Hi...
A customer has informed me that his copied dvd movies only appear in black & white ...I installed an Infinity in it.

What would be the reason for this ...?
Is there an option that would cure this in config setup...?

not the chip, it his cables or tv he is using. Ntsc movies is the guess i'm taking that he is using. Had the same problem with a copied ntsc game i borrowed someone, they said it played in black and white, when in fact they were using coxial cable instead of scart.

I think his point was that the infinity should allow you to play multiregion games. There is a colour fix for this...

I have played copied movies in an unmodded 30001 before with absolutely no problems, just patch the movie to region 0
