God of War Freezes on "Pandora Temple" Level...

Hi All,

I have used the HDL-bzskin-GOWpatched-correctmenu.RAR file on my PS2 (North American) and everything was fine, until "Pandora Temple" level.

The game simply freezes.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

its unbelievable how not matter how much you try to keep things tidy theres always someone(lots of them) who cant read the rules that are shown to them before they even agree to register here.

sorry, im not trying to insult anyone. You have to understand that reading the rules is imperative, we simply cant sit here and be the cleaning crew for everyone. You posted in the wrong forum section. we have nearly 200 registrants per day now, nobody here can possibly expect us to use up all of our spare time to move and moderate everyone that doesnt want to read the rules.

well mayb u got the NUKED version of the game...

hdloader shouldn't work wen u try to load ur ORIGINAL one (unles.... u somehow take out the protection and squish it to one layer)

get the work'n CONFUSION version ^^ that should work fine wit hdl

also I LOVE THIS GAME!! i got EVERYTHIGN at lv 5 mwhahahaah i rok :) :lol:

Yes, I just used my original DVD9 version of the game. So you think that is the part of the problem huh?

Yup, that is the problem. Nobody, as of yet, has found a way to put the entire game on the hdd. Only the ripped versions work, not including the Genius release.

when does the genius release freeze? i have it and have played first 5 levels from hdd

Pandora's Temple is Level 9.

You can fix the genius release with sonix's god of war tool by merging the 2 pak files. I've fixed it and got passed the Pandora's Temple and I'm in The Challenge of Hades level right now! :)

Mine froze at the Pandora level also, but after patching hdloader and running the game off the hdd, it's beautiful, no slow downs or freezes
