USBadvance need help please !!

o.k i am trying to load a game (original disk) from my cd drive to the usb hard drive but every time it gets to 449.5 MB i get an error saying disk read arror , retry and then giving up . the disk is new !!! not a scratch and its a cd not a dvd !! .
oh and another thing , can i load ps1 games on the usbadvance ?
any ideas what could it be ??

Have you tried the DOS or WIN version of the program to install games? Maybe if you try the other version of the one you've used it will work..

You can also try doing a backup of the disk on your computer, with another program, to see it the disk is the problem.. or try with another disc. If it still doesn't work, maybe you can get back the game for exchange of the same game saying the disc doesn't work?

Oh, and you CAN'T load PS1 games.

If it's one of a few certain games (Contra: Shattered Soldier and Gradius 3 & 4 come to mind) there's some protection on the disc that makes it a little hard to install. Try another disc first, and try installing the problem disc using alternative methods if that works.
