well, mainly opening the ul.cfg file in notepad and erasin the entire string that represent the game u want to erase or uninstall from the usbhdd, the string are like this
"Boxing Champions________________ul.SLES_517.17 ______________RC Toy Machines________________ul.SLES_529.99 ______________DBZ Budokai 2________________ul.SLES_518.39 ______________"
this ul.cfg is for Boxing Champions, RC Toy machines and Budokai2, then if u want to erase let say "RC Toy machines" then you have to erase this "RC Toy Machines________________ul.SLES_529.99 ______________" and leave the ul.cfg like this
"Boxing Champions________________ul.SLES_517.17 ____ DBZ Budokai 2________________ul.SLES_518.39 ______________"
and finaly look for the file that have this "ul.SLES_529.99" somewhere in the middle, hope some coder make a tool for this :)
note: each "_" represent one blank space, open ul.cfg in notepad and you'll know what to do...
