Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is this 'homebrew' stuff that everyone is talking about.
I read on this site that there are MP3 players and emulators (coming soon) that can be burnt onto CDs using a special program and played on the PS2 .
Does this mean that certain things (not games obviously) can be burnt on to CDs and then run without using a modchip/action replay/game shark?
