Can I play Import Neo-Geo CD on an NTSC console?

Is this possible with my modded DMS3 NTSC system to play an Import Japanese Neo-Geo CD game?. I applogize if this has been asked but I have been searching the forums and reading in the NeoCD section for this answer with no luck.

hey all im new in here sorry for be a noob put im have NeoGeo CD emulator now to my ps2 put will that NeoGeo CD emulator working on a cd im do not have a hd in my ps2 an im ps2 is not mod/bootchip inn im have see a maps in NeoGeo CD emulator name roms im have the NeoGeo emulator to im pc will the roms from the pc/NeoGeo emulator working all my NeoGeo CD is 600mils from here an if the roms not working will some help me whit wher im get NeoGeo CD download to the NeoGeo CD emulator to im ps2 thanks all an sorry im is a noob

no, you need a ps2 capable of booting homebrew software to use this emu :) (swap trick or modchip), there is absolutely no need for a hdd.
you can burn the emu on a cd or put it on the memory card,even a usb key or a hdd!
(but the games will be on cd...)

you need NeoGeo CD games, roms for neogeo AES emulators won't work

there are a lot of tutorials ans posts about it on the forum, to put it on the mc, you can use ftp ou a usb key to make the transfer (or even burn an installation cd...)

burn the game +emu ? it's said how to do it in the readme.txt

im have see a xbox whit all emulator on im will have the same on my ps2 if you will help me
no need to lose time with your ps2 if you already got an xbox with all the emu!!
the neogeo aes emu works perfect on xbox... ;)

I think that he meant he saw a NeoGeo emu on Xbox and is asking if he'll get the same on his ps2...
answer is no. Since this emu only supports NeoGeo CD and is not perfected yet, it will run some games a little bit slower, and without CDDA music. It's still nice though. Keep up the good work, evilo. :)
