I'm having an issue with the new version where my PS2 won't recognize any of the ROMS. I created the disk in the same manner as I did with the last version of PVCS and it won't work. When I run the new version, I get a list of file saves from my memory card when I boot the program. If I select Scan the CD, it comes back and tells me it couldn't find any ROMS. All my ROMS are on the CD root and ended with a .BIN extension.
I am using CDGENPS2 (changing the system file to 12231 lba) to create my image file and then burning the CD image with NERO. I am using Level 2 - Mode 2 - No Relaxed restrictions- No Juilet - File at Once. I still have the FILES.TXT file on the CD root (even though I don't think it is supposed to be needed with the new file system).
I am having the same issue with the new Gameboy emulator which PVCS is now using the file system from.
If anyone has any help to offer, it would be greatly appreciated.
