Arrrrrrr, here's a blast from the past. Do any of you remember the classic table top games like Warhammer 40K, Warhammer Quest, Battletech, Mechwarrior, and MageKnight??? I was a cleanin' out me treasure chest and found all me old games I used play. Man the memories are great...oh the hours spent painting me miniatures, and plotting devestating battle plans so that I coulds take over me buddy's planets. Ahhhh yes, nothing like a drunken night of table top gaming!

Just wondering if any of ya out there also play or played these games. I got lots of stuff that I'm a gonna get rid of 'ere. So if'n ye be interested....ya knows how ta gets ahold a me.

no shit, huh? I loved those things. I would sit there and battle myself for days, a little here and there. NONE of my friedns were even interested. "nah man, lets play G.I.JOE instead". I had a crapload of that stuff, until it all got stolen in a storage unit catastrophe. There has to be online versions of those games somewhere. There has to be. (and no, I don't mean the new videogame warhammers or anything like that) Thanks for the remembrance of why I hate storage units Cap'n.

its like playing a video game with no t.v or console. just you and your friends sitting around using your own imagination. you can go to a local book store and find books of role playing adventure games their. check out robotech that was my favorite and there is dungeons and dragons. there is the head master he thought of the battles or situations the characters would be in. the charecters are you and your friends and you would have different missions. you would build a provile of your characters by rolling dice to see your attributes for your charecter. and you would proceed with the game by rolling the dice. those were the days.
