HYPER FINAL FIGHT - haw to run it on PS2 or PC?

Can anyone tell me now how to run HYPER FINAL FIGHT on PS2 (and PC)?
I have downloaded files:
-BOR.PAK (about 157 MB)
-bor.elf
Do I need a HD to run it? or I have to burn it somehow on DVD disc?
Can ahyone help me?

I didnt tested yet.. but I think you just need to put the BOR.PAK that you got from HyperFinalFight instead of the original BOR.PAK into your CD.
And you need to make a SYSTEM.CNF (using NOTEPAD) like that:

BOOT2=cdrom0:\BOR.ELF;1
VER=1.00
VMODE=NTSC


So you will need to put on your cd
1) the Hyper Final Fight "BOR.PAK"
2) "BOR.ELF"
3) SYSTEM.CNF (created using notepad)

Burn it with your program of choice selecting "MODE2/XA".

i think that mod is buggy, it always froze for me after the first level or 2 from hdd or cd
