Is there a way to convert a .xps to .max

I found a game save that I want to use but it is in a .xps format ( X-Port ) and I have a AR MAX so it must be in a .max format. Is there any way for me to convert this.

It is also a PAL one at that so is there a way to convert it to US after I convert it?

Well I feel really dumb now. I looked and found PS2 save builder in under 5 minutes which does what I wanted it to do.

and on the same site that you get save bilder is a progam called XPS to MAX converter.... LOL
