Sorry, but i cant obtain the imagem, i have destroied 3 medias =/... My ps2 not acknowledge the file =/.... Any one can help me? Explain how to make the cd with emulator and rom... ( i must make with portfolio diferentes? ).. PLEASE try explain in crumbs... ( I´m stupÃ*d people ).

I'm not sure if PVCS runs from a CD though yet. Bravedog could better answer that. A few questions:

Are you using a modded ps2?

Are you burning the cd in mode 2? You may need to put a dummy file in addition to the PVCS on the cd, such as an mp3 or something. I think you need a system.cnf file as well. Dont' quote me though :p

What files are you putting on the CD? Can you show the FILES.TXT file as well? this will better help with figuring out what is up should you have trouble with roms showing / loading once you get the app up. Also, make sure your roms are in a directory called "ROMS" on the CD. The FILES.TXT must match the names exactly.

Is your PS2 networked? That's how I did mine, I just made a folder on my HDD and set it up there, then launch it with LaunchELF from DMS3 Devmode1. I imagine it would work as well from the Memory Card.

PVCS should be able to run from a cd, but I never tested it.
One difference for the cd is that the rom files DO NOT go in a ROMS directory.
They need to be in the top level directory with pvcs.elf and the FILES.TXT
You should need to put a dummy files out there too, becuase the ps2 has a minimum size for the cd. 20 megs or something like that.

yes! I knew it ! concerning the minimum size for cd, I have issue when I try to boot small games (one around 5MB) with my emulator (neocd) ;)

Where do you get that information ?
