Game Shark & back up disc

I need help I just got a game Shark 2 verision 4, and I can't boot up my back up disc. Does anyone out there know if there is a way? Thanks Pea.

i got v4, boots fine. i got v3 and 2, those boot fine too. backups and all. :rolleyes:

How are you gettting the v4 game shark to boot back up dics? I keep getting a warning mesage that says dics was unable to boot. I have a older play station maybe thats why? I would love to use some cheat codes on some of the games I was unable to finish. Pea

well either way u need to have a swap method to boot a backuped disk (burnt)

How do you play backup games with a mod chip or swap disc.

Pea, your backup was probably patched with an intro menu like ntsc/pal selector.. If this is the case, GameShark isn't able to start the game properly
