need swap card blueprints

Im going to use a GS and a swap card, but I need the swap card blueprints (cog-knife.jpg) however, on guichi's tutorial the pictures dont show up, so I really need someone to post it here.

I forgot to say, Im using an old card the size of a credit card, and EXTREMELY hard. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. :)

like I said in the other slide card thread, you can find a printable version on my flippy site in the downloads section it's in a guide called "making a slide card and loading the exploit", hope that helps
