Please dont ask, HDLoader is warez and Neocd is homebrew. Theres a clear difference. No devr is going to want their work associated with HDLoader.

Well since there are some issues when swapping CDs you are probably better of using the dev build which can't be run from mc.

But the regular version loads fine from mc. Why not try it yourself and report any swapping problems to this thread (http://ps2-scene.org/forums/showthread.php?t=24983)
