version 0.0.2a is out !

This is mainly a bug fix "release" regarding the loading/booting code as lots of people had problems while running the emulator, so I made a more robust code that should allow it to run even launched from your toaster now ! (MC and HDD not tested, but code is there)

history :
- loading code rewrote
- fix controller bug (stop responding after a while)

Note that the emulator has currently some issues with detection of some games (problem is still not identified, but in some cases cd cannot be read) But burning the emulator together with games not working in "standalone" seems to solve the problem (size cd issue) ? so if you really want to test a game and have some cd to spare.....

UPDATE : if you don't burn neocd/ps2 but load from your pc (recommended at this stage), Inlink is causing lot of problems when loading neocd/ps2 (data loaded from host seems to be corrupted), furthermore this client is no more supported, so DON'T use it to load the emulator, but use instead client like ps2exec (this is the one I use) or ps2client. So before asking for help, change your pc client before if you use inlink. (thanks also to rascal for it's real time feedback on isolating the problem)

You wellcome :) ; well i updated the list and add some japanese titles; but i dont know if its complete yet..

PD: Well, as you´ll see the most part of neogeo games on mvs (arcade) system, will be converted to neogeo CD system, but isn´t all; some guys are converting the missing (non converted oficially) games from mvs to NeoGeo CD system, the proof its the several games converted from NeogeoCD to Mvs system, games like: Zintrick, Iron Clad, Final Romance 2, Crossed Sword 2 and maybe a few more...

I hope to seen new godest versions of the emu... c´ya!

"correct" bios is the one with the CRC32 equal to DF9DE490.
If you have pb running games, plz see other threads about dev build and cd swapping.

hi. i just tested this, but it stops at the neo geo cd screen. theres no text "insert disc"!? and even though a put a disc in, nothing happens.

i loaded it via ps2menu-k from MC and HDD. but the same results.. i used my bios file from the dc and xbox ports.

Be sure to respect the arborescence tree as described in the readme :

If you don't reach the "Insert CD" screen it means that the emulator failed to load (file not found, bios not correct,etc...)

i can't make work the emu on mc and hdd...i use ps2link 1.23 and ps2exec and then it works fine

I also have this same problem. I'm not sure what was done incorrectly. It seems like it may be missing something but everything listed above is there.
