Burning emulators with CDgenPS2

Hey, i downloaded PGen the other day and used CDgenPS2 to burn it to a CD-R. I'm pretty sure i burned it right though, but i still got the "Please insert a ......" and my ps2 wouldnt accept the disk. what could i be doing wrong?

What is the use of the program then if it cant bypass the copy protection?

CDDVDGen (official Sony one) & CDGenps2 are programs that you use to make the correct file format and structure that will be recognised by the Ps2

You still need a modchip or do a swaptrick to be able to play a copied game. If it was as simple as using that program then no one would have a modchip.

If you have a modchip/do a swaptrick without making the cd in those programs then you are almost guaranteed not to get a working disk either.
