Please, need help with retreiving utility disk!!!

I bought a "fake" PS2 that comes from Japan and I need a swapdisk for it. It only plays Japanese PSX games without a swap. I know with the proper swapdisk I will be able to play burnt PS2 games, the only problem is I don't have one. My PS2 came with a "PS2 Utility Disc Version 1.01" and supposedly works with it, however the only problem is the disc is wrecked and I can't make a backup of it. Can somebody please help me get some sort of disk so that I can play burnt PS2 games on my PS2? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

One other thing: "NTSC - J and FOR JAPAN ONLY" is written on the Utility Disc.

Dude....you're getting on my bad side.....you've made 3 posts about the same damn thing and also PM'd me the same crap. I already sent you a PM to clarify and told you...that you don't need the Util disc.
