Need help w/ eploit & Matrix Infinity....

I have the HDLoaderLite exploit and I am having trouble getting it to run under Infinity Manager... If I load up the Inf. Mgr. cd & I select "Install Exploit" after a couple of secs it says "Exploit installed successfully" if I have a look at installed exploits, sure enuff it has the HD Loader listed, if I try to run it, I get a black screen then after 10 seconds or so, it returns to the memory card browser... :banghead: Can ne1 with Inf. Mgr. help me out here? Here's my INSTALL and SYSTEM files:

Well... I'd like to try to install the HDLoader on MC too, I've a PS2 50001 with Matrix Infinity v1.2... Could you send me the hdloaderlite.elf... I'll try to write the system and the install files to work on DMS3 too.... Thanks...

well your install script is for the DMS3 it wont work well with the matrix infinity manager, you should try to change it to this:

HDLOADER NTSC
mc0:\BOOT\HDLOADERLITE\HDLOADERLITE.ELF
MD mc0:\BOOT\HDLOADERLITE
CP cdrom0:\HDLOADERLITE.ELF;1 mc0:\BOOT\HDLOADERLITE\HDLOADERLITE.ELF

the major diference is the command as you can see _MKDIR = MD, _COPY = CP there is a great util name PS2TOOLS that generates the scripts automatically letting you chose the target chip you can get it as http://www.ps2world.it

Yea For some reason I'm have trouble with a V9 PS2 and the latest HDloader.
Problems getting it to load and run with a Matrix Infiity Chip correctly.

Also I tried to find the scrip generator for different target chips . Non può trovare.

I have a V7 and Matrix Infinity and have no problems, as for the script generator go to the site i mencioned above http://www.ps2world.it then DOWNLOAD then PS2 World Tools - PS2 Tools (you have to register to download).

hey guys, I have a v9 with matrix infinity, what I did was replaced the infinity manger.elf, with my Hdloader.elf and renamed it so when i hold triangle, it just boots to Hdloader

perfect if all youre looking for is games on your HDD

to all with matrix infinity i run hd loader, snes, pgen and reality media player with my infinity manager. all you have to do is use the scripts [the sample ones] that are provided with the matrix infinity download. place the correct script in with the program you are trying to install[to memory card] use cdgen to create image then use nero [or whatever burn program u posses] to burn image to cd. puy it in your ps2 use infinity manager to install application . ive included an example image of cdgen with files placed ready to create image.
