Anyone got Fight Night 2004 to work online?

Hey All

I have fight night 2004 with a valid disk ID , but the game freezes everytime i'm about to start a fight, lets me get into lobby and challenge someone to start fight.. just freezes at " recieving data from server" does it with both dvdr and cdr patched... anyone got it working online yet??

Do you have a router?
THat maybe the problem.
Try getting it from a direct connection.

do you have dsl? cause i had dsl and the same thing was happening to me. i upgraded to cable for socom 2s sake and fight night 2004 works like a charm now. i think its just the games server that is giving you problems.

also try getting online with the original copy and see if that is giving you problems to start so that u can narrow out some possiblities
