Hi.

Has *anyone* gotten their money back from Lik-Sang in the meantime? I still haven't, and they do not seem so motivated to pay back :mad:

Your not the only one I'm still waiting too. They told me in an email that I would be getting a refund "the first days of november" well its past that and still no word.

I had placed a order last week & sent them 3 mails regarding
the payment method but still not a single reply till today!

Lik-Sang told me in an email I would be receiving store credit on Nov. 1... I emailed them back about it a few days ago but still no response, but I think Lik-Sang will be good on it's word, but it may be a while...

Guys,

I'm hopeful LS will be true to their words and you'll get your money back. However, it's obvious the toll of battling it out with the big3, has put a slight dent in their response times. Let us know how you go...

yeah definatly let us know how you go i have made an order at the weekend and i'll let you lot know how that goes and how long it takes Lik-sang have been good too us all in the past(except a few ppl with regards to refunds) but i am sure they will deal with it

Dont forget they are an International distributor so they have ppl all over the world to deal with

i had a back order with them from august and i had sent back an item which was'nt working properly about a month ago before the battle with the stooges began........................i received both last week...........wait a bit i reckon they won't let you down.

if all else fails and you paid with a cc, just reverse the charges

I believe you can.. as with any debit card that has visa or mastercards logo, you should have the protection that comes with any cc.. contact paypal about it

Its been 2 weeks 2day now since i ordered from Lik-Sang also i have heard NOTHING but the confirmation i recieved when i ordered just wondering if anyone else has had any feedback yet ????

when i say confirmiration i mean i got an email saying i have paid thank, do you mean you did you not even get that CKT ???

Also i still havn't heard a thing on the matter ANYONE ELSE ????

I did not receive a payment confirmation as well. On contrary, couple of days after they'd gone back up, I received a mail saying my order was cancelled since they did not receive a payment within 10 days. >_<

OK, now they've done it.

"If you paid either by Western Union, or by TT Bank Transfer, and your order was cancelled already, we will update our database today with store credit at the new Lik-Sang.com for you."

What kind of crap are they trying to give me now? I am not interested in any store credit [leaving unmentioned that they DID NOT update their database today], I want my funds back. Are there any grouptrial projects yet? *eg*

By the way, since they said they were updating accounts with store credit: Has anybody received this credit, and how can it be viewed? Is it just automatically added upon checkout?

yeah, I used my credit... I've been in contact with Chris Ma on their support team, email pacific_support@lik-sang.com with your RMA number and explain your situation and take it from there. I'm happy they're finally coming through with their credit. I had to tell him what I wanted and he placed the order for me. My products are currently "being prepared" or whatever :)

My paypal jaccount was finally credited. Took long enough but to get back 358 it was worth it.
