Is Xploder the same as Codebreaker??

Do these use the same codes?? I cannot access the xploder homepage and in the PS2 code converter beta2 they are considered the same.

I have an Xploderv4 and would like PAL codes but I cant get them working, mainly the overdrive and blitzball codes for FFX PAL.
