i got the beta hdd drive and two mem cards, i downloaded a save for tomb raider:aod and it was not a complete save, or i dunno what happened, any how i tried to move all my saves from memcard to hdd, to have room for the inferior everquest onl adv when aod saved it said corrupted data, i tried to delete it from the card but it now says that it is unable to. so i tried to re-do the save with tools , now i have two corrupted files that wont delete, and to top it off the card won't format either!! it did however get deleted from the hdd, thank god!!
anyone ever had this happen?

also is there a way to restore the icon from gs save default icon to the original file icon, when using sharkport to restore files off pc?

Best way to remove the two corrupted files is to back everything up to your PC using the Xport/Sharkport and then format the card using the XPort software. Reapiring the two files is extremely unlikely and it's best to just forget about them.

To keep/replace the icons in Xport/Sharkport saves download some handy software from www.ps2savetools.com :)

xport and sharkport won't format the card, i tried them both, i even checked the ps2 manual for how to format a mem card to no avail.
