Exporting frames has been removed for now... You can get MilkShape 3d at http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/

how to install
1. install MilkShape 3d
2. unzip in to MilkShape 3d folder

notes......
1. Textures must be a 128by128 24-bit bitmap...
2. The only part of a material use is the Diffuse texture...

A plug-in set may be made for Blender at a later date :)... for now may be you can get MilkShape to run in linux(but as it 3d suff i do not think it work :( )
