I haven't saw anything pretty much anywhere with codes for:

1. Max salary cap
2. CPU cannot decline/alter trade requests

Somebody PLEASE try to help me with this, I'm not very good at it and I'd appreciate it so very very much...

Firstly, I'm quite sure GMO requires you to speak in English only.

Now, GMO... I found the .ELF file, and zipped it up for you. Considering I have a dial up, and zipped up it's only about 800 kbs...
