build PSX memory card reader/writer

anyone know where i can find info on how to build a memory card reader/writer for PC?? usb or serial or whatever.....
i 'm sure i can buy it somewhere.... but where's the fun in that???

oh and also plans on how to build a PSX controller adapter, USB or whatever too....
