2 player in ps2mame [Archive] - PSX/PS2/PS3 Scene Newz

i got ps2mame up and running fine but was wondering if anyone out there had any luck getting 2 player functionality out of it? am i just overlooking something obvious, ive tried the settings in the mame menu but cant seem to select pad2.

I'm having the same problem, not sure wether 2 players where enabled in this version of mame. Also has anyone managed to set up the analogue stick in mame?

i pretty much sure that the guy who made it didnt enable 2 player support and has no wishes to either.

Guichi: The "old" pad drivers do not impose any limits on the number of supported controllers. However, support for more than one player must be coded into the program (in this case, ps2mame). It looks like the author did not code in support for more than one player, and if this is the case there is no way around this.

too bad 2 player function isn't included...
i hope there will be a future version with 2 player support...
