HOW do i use gameshark 2 version 3

i want to cheat with splinter cell
the game is not there so i geuss i have to create a title and enter the cheats some how???
i don't know help me ...
ihave gs2 ver3

would appreciate step by step info....

thanx... hey do i have to enter the whole cheat code... say there is a cheat for infinete health.... do i have to enter all the lines

or say for the master code.... do i have to enter all the lines

You must have the master code and all the lines for the code(s) you desire.
