can you hack a PS2 save game

hi guys,
i've tried to hack a save game by using winhex :D but after i restored the hacked file to my memory card & starting the game, it rejects the file :confused: .

anyone has an idea why or how to solve this problem.
i will be grateful if someone helps me.

A lot of games have checksums for their save files. I've heard you can sometimes get around it by decrementing some bit of data for every bit you increment by the same value. Some checksums are apparently more sophisticated than others, though, because that technique won't work on any game I have.

i'm now trying to understand how AFSExplorer for Winning Eleven
work. actually i'm playing dynasty warriors 4 & i wanna to create a file that allow to change players custimes, weapons , power ...ect ;) but i've just started & it's really too difficult :(
if anyone has any idea about AFSExplorer how it works & reads the image i will be very grateful for them if they want to share us there great knowledge even if it's not that much.

for cheating doing the same jobs
of CB & GS v1,2,3 with out the
needing of the hardeware just
the programs on CD :cool: .

if anyone has an idea about this

Theres a Hack for GT3 saved games....so your able to switch around pats from different cars and multiply your HP
