Hello community, Since the start of 2018 the mentioned sites in the title have all been sold by the previous owners (Keebali who owned the sites for 2 years) to a new owner. I can not tell you much about the new owner (as i don't know much), while I have had a few short email exchanges (over the past several months) they have amounted to nothing and seems the new owner has not introduced himself here to this community or the other acquired websites or made any type of appearance / message to the staff . All sites are riddled with errors that are not being addressed. Infact all sites including this one at times (seems nothing here currently) but PS3HAX.NET & DASHHACKS.COM are loading a background crypto mining script and hogging your PC/Device's CPU. I have reported the issues as i have seen them occur/reported and even been told it was removed from ps3hax just yesterday but when viewing still the site as a guest your CPU jumps around 65% -70%..So then i checked over at DASHHACKS.com it will drain your CPU using a staggering 95% CPU usage, which i reported that as well and had not heard nothing back at all. These can be damaging to your devices especially to the unknowing who may leave a tab open. This seriously looks very odd to me that a new owner takes over is very distant when taking over and these mining scripts are appearing (and not being removed when reported) then they seem to target guest the hardest. Things are really not sitting quite right.....

Huge news for PS3 Homebrew, as there is a new window for installing CFW on your PS3 console thanks to TEAM PS3Exploit at psx-place. Currently 4.82 is the latest PS3 firmware and it has been exploited where you can now install CFW directly, you do not need to go back to 3.55 thus makes a hardware flasher (like E3 Flasher) a need of the past for downgrading back to 3.55 for CFW. As OFW to CFW patching is done to the CoreOS so a CFW PUP can then be installed directly over 4.82 OFW once the exploit patches theCoreOS and allows the installation. IF you have a Console that could be downgraded and were past 3.55 OFW, you now have a viable 100% software option, Additional details can be found at the source (link at bottom of the post)...

Sony drops 4.82 OFW for the PS3 (Likely has patched PS3Xploit's 4.81 OFW exploit), Its advised not to update to 4.82 if your wanting to take advantage of the exploit, for models that are traditionally able to install CFW or be Downgraded to 3.55, those consoles (pre 25xx) will be able to use SOFTWARE DOWNGRADE (No hardware flasher needed!!!!) once finished (project was leaked and team is still working). Also for SuperSlims and later Slim models that can't install CFW and be Downgraded, while there is more work to be done for that aspct. it looks like they will have the ability to create a HEN (Homebrew Enabler) like what HENkaku is to the VITA. However the PS3Xploit project has only released the IDPS dumper portion, other portions we will see in the first months of 2018 as the team wraps up the next phase, but you must not update to 4.82 as this firmware update likely closes the door on the 4.81 exploit.
UPDATE: Note 4.82 OFW did not patch PS3Xploit, Sony had a planned firmware update that was a coincidende, BUT SONY WILL LOOK TO BLOCK THIS EXPLOIT. It could happen before or after the holidays. but my guess would be before. The next firmware update for the PS3 will be patching this exploit.

Great news for PS3 owners who have not been able to exploit your console's. There is now hope as there is a new exploit for OFW 4.81 on the PS3. Which currently is the latest firmware, but sure to get patched here in the coming days to weeks . so do not update to a future firmware if released by Sony, until you hear about the current exploits and the future potential they are bringing to the table. When i say "they" i mean the 3 developer behind the PS3Xploit Team (bguerville, esc0rtd3w and W). They actually wanted to release the work at later date (as they have not completed all stages of the hack yet),Due to a situation several days ago, a portion of the exploit was leaked nothing significant in itself but would be enough for Sony to close the holes with a patch in a future firmware update that we are expectin. So your seeing the warning not to update your firmware past 4.81 (if update arises) if you want to take advantage of PS3Xploit hack....

SwitchView UI is a Homebrew App for HENkaku (vita/pstv) from VitaHEX Games, that as you can see from the pic a Nintendo Switch Influence, while looking like the switch the primary function is a Homebrew Launcher. A great alternative to the LiveArea.

Have you ever heard of "Tetris" well here comes another clone of the iconic puzzle game that seems to never get old. This is a game you can't judge by the cover, while looking like a retro classic from the golden age of the atari era this "touchy-the-fish" homebrew creation as the dev details is yet another homebrew powered by LPP (Lua Player Plus) Engine.

While this is not an official release of VitaShell its builds upon the official project by TheFlow, as developer BenM has added various features and elements to the popular utility that is a must have for those HENkaku powered devices....

SilicaAndPina has recently released a plugin for the Vita called TropHAX, its a Trophy Unlocker for the PS Vita that is very simple to use. After installing this plugin and performing a simple button command you can save hours of work to unlock various things depending on the title. Developer deank recently brought a small addition to the sMAN plugin (an evolution of his original webMAN plugin that brought the Slaunch Interface as pictured for those of you who may be unaware of the PS3 plugin for CFW. This update labeled v1.12 adds BIN/CUE support for scanning PS2 content on your PS3.

So okay here is another VitaHEX Release and my personal favorite to this point. Zombiebound 0.1.0 has a gameplay style that many will enjoy as its heavily influenced by CoD Zombie modes, while within a simpler engine (Lua Player Plus) it does impress & is a high quality homebrew game. The homebrew is OpenSource so that means you can add tothis project if you wish. Its great mini game for on the Go with your Vita or on the big screen with your PlayStation TV Powered by of course the HENkaku exploit on 3.60 Vita Firmware...

VitaHEX Games does not just release utilities by also Homebrew Games, hence the "games" in the name, Here was the first Release by VitaHEX Games called Crazy Traffic Jam 3D and plays like various retro classic but with some improved graphics. Want to stream your Vita or PSTV Screen to your PC, you may now have a solution thanks to this plugin from Vita developer Rinnegatamante. After several PRE-Alpha/Test Releases, developer Akabane87 has released the first Alpha Release of Project Void, this space shooter is really amazing as it continues to evolve and progress as you can see in the included media there is alot of impressive development on this title and we hope to see it progress even farther as the developer has really put in alot of thought and time in this homebrew game.
